The class meets once per month in a retreat style setting for the day on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:30am to 5pm.  The cost is $150 per month or $1500 if paying in full ($300 savings).  Learn to live in solution in your life by learning to BE who you are and embrace instead of fight the world around you.  Each class includes meditation, group and partner sharing, movement, creative expression and experiential activities based on the book of study for that month.
